Role: editor, photographer, grease man

The Goods: In winter of 2018, I met a few creative folks down in Colorado Springs that were starting a new food publication called Edible Pikes Peak. At the same time, we created an agency called CoCo Creative (also known as Colorado Collective to locals). We would build brands, shape local business, and bolster energy behind a growing movement.

It was a food revolution of sorts. Colorado Springs is one of the state’s budding food scenes now. Hope this helped nudge things in the right direction.
